Amy Luti, of Covington, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at the age of 34. Amy was a member of St. Anna’s Catholic Church and worked at United Community Bank where she was loved by all and especially the customers. She enjoyed singing, cooking, dressing up, and swimming. Amy was an “A” student, beautiful and kind. As the “Carrot Lady” she enjoyed feeding the family dogs carrots and other delicious snacks. She loved her family dearly, especially her son, and her nieces and nephews whom she was affectionately known as “Kat” to them. In addition, Amy was kindhearted and caring and loved to help take care of her family. She was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Brianna Luti; maternal grandfather, Norman Cameron; paternal grandfather, John P. Luti; uncle, James Lanphear.
Survivors include her son, Trent David Autry; parents, David and Carolyn Luti; siblings, Breanna Elder (Vince), James Luti; nieces and nephews, David Elder, Alexa Elder, Aiden Elder, Collin Elder, Brewer Luti, Blair Luti; maternal grandmother, Katherine Cameron; paternal grandmother, Jo Ann Luti; as well as loving aunts, uncles and cousins who loved her dearly.
A Funeral Service for Amy will be held Wednesday, June 19, 2024, 11:00 A.M., at St. Anna’s Catholic Church, 1401 Alcovy Street, in Monroe, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park, 1111 Access Road, in Covington. Friends are invited to visit with the family Tuesday, June 18, from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M., at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her GoFundMe at https://www.gofundme.com/f/support-amys-family-through-tragic-loss for her son’s future.
