Amy Elizabeth Bodnark Hudgins

Amy Elizabeth Bodnark Hudgins, of Covington, passed away Monday, April 3, 2023, at the age of 55. Amy was born in Youngstown, Ohio, and for the last seven years, resided in Covington, Georgia. She loved spending time outdoors whether she was working in her vegetable garden, fishing, or camping. Additionally, Amy was an accomplished artist and enjoyed crocheting and drawing realistic photos. She loved her family and grandchildren dearly and had a special place in her heart for her six cats. Amy was preceded in death by her father, Bill Bodnark.

Survivors include her loving husband, Charles Hudgins, Sr.; son, Cole Turner; step-children, Tiffany Hudgins, Charles Hudgins, Jr., Hunter Hudgins, Timothy Hudgins; 9 grandchildren; mother, Lois Bodnark; sister, Allison Pachner (Phil), and brother, Todd Bodnark (Kim).

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Hudgins will be held Saturday, April 8, 2023, 11:00 A.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Rev. Gary Horton officiating. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home, Friday, April 7, from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M.
