Anita Freida Dudek

Access RoadAnita Freida Dudek of Conyers, passed away January 12, 2011, at the age of 78. She enjoyed square dancing, camping, traveling, flowers, especially orchids, and collecting Húmmel figurines and dolls. Mrs. Dudek was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend to many. She was preceded in death by her parents, Erwin and Maria (Blum) Neureuther. Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Frank J. Dudek of Conyers; daughters and son-in-law, Diana and Bart Shuman of Monticello, Marian A. Nelms of Snellville; sister, Sonja Lingenfelter of Oakland, CA; 5 grandchildren,  Shaum Shuman, Corey Shuman, Dayton and Lindsey Shuman, Heather Nelms, Alison Nelms; one great-granddaughter, Adalynn Shuman; niece, Sandra Murllio; nephew, George Lingenfelter; step-grandson, Rich, and his wife, Amy Shuman, and their daughter, Ashley Shuman, all of West Point, GA. A Memorial Service for Mrs. Dudek will be held Saturday, January 15, 2011, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Rd., with Rev. J. Clifton Brown officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Saturday, from 1-2 PM.
