Anne Davis

Anne Davis, age 79, of Covington, passed away September 24, 2014. She enjoyed sewing, quilting and playing bridge with her bridge club. Mrs. Davis cherished her family, loved spending time with them and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her great-granddaughter, Ansley Gaddis.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Bob Davis; daughters and sons-in-law, Terry and Raymond Gilbert of Anchorage, AK, Beth Davis Freeman of Covington, Cindy and Major Oliver of McDonough; grandchildren, Angie Maddox, Chris Gaddis, Pam Womack, Monica Hall, Dustin Oliver, Malory-Anne Oliver, Davis "Dax" Oliver; great-grandchildren, Payton Maddox, Paige Maddox, Clayton Gaddis, Jackson Gaddis, Madison Womack.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Davis will be held Sunday, September 28, 2014, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Rev. Scott Harding officiating and entombment following in Memory Chapel Mausoleum at Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, September 27, from 5:00 - 7:00 PM.
