Audie Mae Wilson Loyd

Audie Mae Wilson Loyd, of Mansfield, passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at the age of 93. Mrs. Loyd was a devout Christian and lover of the Lord. She enjoyed playing the piano and dancing. Mrs. Loyd adored her sons and her whole family. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert A. Wilson, Sr.; husband; Henry Loyd; parents, Lena B. and Alfred Henson; sisters, Leona Henson, Edith Jordan, Alma Wood, Helen Arrington, Bessie Matthews, Beatrice DeLamar; and brother, Berle Henson.

Mrs. Loyd is survived by her sons, Robert A. Wilson, Jr. (Mary Swords), Jerry A. Wilson (Maria), Gary J. Wilson, Timothy W. Wilson (Mary); grandchildren, Stephanie Johnson, Robbie Wilson, Brandon Wilson, Angie Cleveland, Todd Wilson, Carmen Ricks, Zachary Hawkins, Lamar Wilson, Ryan Wilson, Timothy Wilson, Jr., Heather Hicks, Matthew Wayne Wilson, Jackie Wilson, Joseph Wilson; 22 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren.

A Graveside Service for Mrs. Loyd will be held Sunday, August 1, 2021, 2:00 P.M., at East Lithonia Baptist Church Cemetery, 2261 Jacksonville Road, in Lithonia, with Robert Wilson, Jr. officiating.
