Barbara Crumbley

Barbara Joyce Crumbley, of Oxford, passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at the age of 92. Mrs. Crumbley was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church where she enjoyed attending services. She liked cooking, traveling, reading, and watching the Atlanta Braves. In addition, Mrs. Crumbley loved working in her garden and flower garden. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Adron Crumbley; parents, James and Ethel Sheppard Crowe; 2 sisters; and 5 brothers.

Survivors include her sons, Philip Crumbley (Beverly), Tommy Crumbley (Phyllis), Greg Crumbley (Angeli), Bruce Crumbley; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Crumbley will be held Sunday, August 21, 2022, 2:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Dr. Robert Daughtry and Captain Jason Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, in Stone Mountain. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home, one hour prior to her service, from 1:00 - 2:00 P.M.
