Barbara Spehar

Barbara Spehar of Covington, passed away June 13, 2015, at the age of 60. Mrs. Spehar was a member of Harvest Baptist Church where she taught adult Sunday school, enjoyed singing in the choir and working with Vacation Bible School. She was involved with Celebrate Recovery and the Ladies Ministry at the Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, David Edwin and Gloria Faith Diggory; and her brother, Robert D. Diggory.

Survivors include her loving husband of 27 years, David Spehar; daughter, Stephanie Faith Spehar of McDonough; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jim and Beth Diggory of Loganville, Larry and Diane Diggory of Modesto, CA; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Spehar will be held Wednesday, June 17, 2015, 11:00 AM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Rev. Richard Culpepper and Rev. Robbie Norman officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Tuesday, June 16, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.
