Bill Humphries of Oxford passed away November 19, 2011, at 65 years of age. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Berry and Ira (Peace) Humphries, brother, Rodney Humphries, and sister, Janice Chittum. Mr. Humphries enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles and taking care of his family.
Survivors include daughters and son-in-law, Teresa and Terry Nabors of Social Circle, Amber Humphries of Conyers; son, John Anthony Humphries of Kingsland, GA; grandchildren, Georgia Rain, Nikki Sullivan, Lindsey Simmons; sister, Ellen White of Oxford; brothers, Lee Humphries of Oxford, Chuck Humphries of Loganville, Phillip Humphries of Macon; and friend, Bruce Leitner of Oxford.
The family will receive friends at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road in Covington, Tuesday, November 22, from 6 - 8 P.M. Flowers are accepted, or memorial donations may be made to American Diabetes Association, 17 Executive Park Drive, Suite 115, Atlanta, GA 30329.
