Bill Mayhue

Bill Mayhue of Covington, passed away November 3, 2014, at the age of 76. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, and enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing and cooking for his friends. He never met a stranger and was always willing to help anyone in need. He was loved by many, and will be greatly missed by his family and friends that he cherished so dearly. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, John and Anne Lee Mayhue; sister, Dorothy Proctor; and his brother, Bunnia Mayhue.

Survivors include his brother and sister-in-law, Clarence and Evelyn Mayhue of Lithonia; sister and brother-in-law, Edith and Earl Hawkins of Maryville, TN; best friend, Bill Mastin of Covington; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service for Bill will be held at a later date.
