Bobby Lee Moss

Bobby Lee Moss, of Conyers, passed away Monday, February 27, 2023, at the age of 75. Mr. Moss was a car enthusiast and ran a body shop for many years. He was kind-hearted and loved his family dearly – especially his grandchildren, who affectionately called him Paw-Paw, whom he loved to entertain. In his spare time, Mr. Moss enjoyed fishing with his children, grandchildren, and close friends. In addition, he was an avid Braves and Georgia Bulldogs fan. Mr. Moss will be remembered as a wonderful husband, grandfather, and friend. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Candy Knight; parents, Willie Lee and Lydia; and sister, Sue Morris.

Survivors include his loving wife of 38 years, Shirley Ruth Moss; children, Steven Moss (Lauren), Stephanie Kennedy (Todd), Sherry Standard (Mark), Billy Greenway (LeeAnn); grandchildren, Tiffany Wideman, Mathew Parker, Trey Knight, Elizabeth Williams, Mikayla Harris, Kimberly Greenway, Ethan Moss, Avery Moss, Elijah Tolbert, Jacob Tolbert; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and siblings, Shirley Crenshaw, Jean Martinez.

A Funeral Service for Mr. Moss will be held Friday, March 3, 2023, 2:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Danny Rager officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home, two hours prior to his service, from 12 Noon – 2:00 P.M.
