Boyd Banks

Boyd Banks, 59, of Loganville, passed away May 23, 2011 at Walton Regional Medical Center in Monroe. He enjoyed watching Star Trek and spending time with his brothers at the car lot. He liked to work on lawn mowers and loved listening to music. Mr. Banks was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Manly and Martha Beam Banks; his daughter, Kelly Darlene Banks; brothers, Robert Cleveland Banks and Timothy Banks; and sister, Deborah Ann Banks.
Mr. Banks is survived by his wife, Kitty Banks of Loganville; son, Jody Banks of Loganville; grandson, Jason Michael Banks; sisters and brother-in-law, Teresa Banks and Vic Smith, Martha Banks, all of Covington; brothers and sisters-in-law, Mark Allen and Tammy Banks of Oxford, Michael Gerry and Teresa Banks of Social Circle, Randy Scott Banks of Covington; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Mr. Banks will be held Thursday, May 26, 2011, 11:00 A.M., at the Access Road Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, with Rev. Wayne Durden officiating, and interment following in Corinth Memorial Gardens in Loganville, Georgia. The family will receive friends at the funeral home at 1215 Access Road, Wednesday, May 25, from 6 - 9 P.M.
