Carol Delores Chadwick

Carol Delores Chadwick, of Covington, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at the age of 63. Mrs. Chadwick was a resident of Covington for the last 30 years and worked as an Assistant Manager at Rite Aid. She enjoyed playing Bingo at the Veterans of Foreign Wars, playing the lottery, and watching wrestling. Mrs. Chadwick was a devoted Law and Order viewer, and her favorite soap opera was General Hospital. She was a loving mother and grandmother, always looking out for everyone’s best interests. Mrs. Chadwick will be remembered as a strong-willed and independent woman who was never slowed down by adversities. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Peters; parents, Horace Cleveland and Marion Beam; brothers, Rodney Beam, Gary Beam; and first husband, Edward Chadwick.

Survivors include her daughter, Leah Stewart (James); sons, Horace Chadwick (Melinda), Travis Chadwick (Leslie); 6 grandchildren; and brothers, Hoyt Beam (Vicki), Mark Beam (Melissa), Rudy Beam (Denise), Eddie Beam (Christina).

A Memorial Service for Mrs. Chadwick will be held Tuesday, May 16, 2023, 3:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Dr. Adam Cooper officiating. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home, one hour prior to her service, from 2:00 – 3:00 P.M.
