Charles Davis

Charles Davis of Stockbridge, passed away January 19, 2017, at the age of 60. Mr. Davis, a devoted family man, loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. In his younger years, he enjoyed quail hunting with his father and brothers, and going to Lake Chatuge to water ski. Mr. Davis will be remembered as a kind and loving man. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred (Dunlap) Davis; brother, Carlton Davis.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Megan and Chad Cannon of Monticello; sons and daughters-in-law; Justin and Anna Davis of Stockbridge, Preston and Natalie Davis of Monticello; grandchildren, Haven Cannon, Avery Davis, Jayce Cannon; father, Charles F. Davis of Decatur; sister, Camille Walls of Tucker; brother, Mark Davis of Fort Gains, GA; nephews, Brandon Reddick, Blake Reddick.

A Memorial Visitation for Mr. Davis will be held Sunday, January 22, 2017, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, from 2:00 - 4:00 PM.
