Charles Hatcher of Covington, passed away Friday, December 6, 2019, at the age of 93. Mr. Hatcher attended High Point Baptist Church, in Covington. He enjoyed playing golf, camping and watching the Atlanta Braves. Mr. Hatcher loved his family and church family dearly and will be missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Martha Hatcher; daughter and son-in-law, Patty and Jon Floyd; son, David Hatcher; and grandson, Zachary Floyd.
A Funeral Service for Mr. Hatcher will be held Monday, December 9, 2019, 11:00 A.M. at High Point Baptist Church, 12025 Highway 36, in Covington, with Rev. T.J. Bennett and Rev. David Marshall officiating. Interment will follow at High Point Baptist Cemetery. Friends may visit with family at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, Sunday, December 8, from 1:00 - 3:00 P.M.
