Christian James St. Holmes

With deep sadness and immense love, the family of Christian James St. Holmes of Athens, GA announce his passing on February 22, 2023.  He was born in Atlanta, GA on September 20, 1987, to Rhonda and Derek St. Holmes and grew up in Conyers, Ga. Christian was the epitome of extraordinary, a beautiful soul and an inspiring person that radiated love, passion, and creativity. He was a true renaissance creator with a fantastic palette of skills including creating music, painting, skateboarding, apparel design, kombucha brewing, master craftsmanship and much more. Music was an absolute love of Christian’s.  His interests led him to develop an extremely unique ear for a vast lineup of genres including jazz, classic rock, reggae, and hip-hop. Christian also quite enjoyed working in the music industry alongside his father having done several tours across the country together. In addition to his many interests and talents, he was a very loyal and loving person to everyone close to him. The immeasurable impact Christian has made on those who were fortunate enough to encounter him will stand effortlessly against the test of time.

The life and legacy of Christian will be remembered by many including: grandmother, Mildred McCampbell; father, Derek St. Holmes; siblings, Nina St. Holmes and Keely St. Holmes Harris, Jessica Rowe, aunt and uncle, Tommy and Krissie McCampbell, as well as many more relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023 from 12pm to 2pm at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, located at 1215 Access Rd, Covington, GA 30014. The funeral service will follow at 2pm located within the adjoining Lawnwood Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Mr. St. Holmes’s memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
