Christine Fincher

Christine Fincher, of Covington, passed away Friday, September 8, 2023, at the age of 94. Mrs. Fincher worked at Bibb Manufacturing for 15 years. She was a people person and liked traveling and visiting the Grand Ole Opry was a favorite of hers. Mrs. Fincher enjoyed reading, sewing, cross-stitching, cooking, and baking. In addition, she loved listening to music, especially county gospel. Mrs. Fincher was preceded in death by her husband, Morris B. Fincher; parents, Orell and Grace Galloway; and brothers, Charles Galloway, Buddy Galloway.

Survivors include her son, Jimmy Bramlett (Judy); as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Fincher will be held Friday, September 15, 2023, 2:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home, one hour prior to her service, from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M.

The family would like to thank the staff of Brandon Wilde Life Care, in Evans, GA, especially her nurses, Janet, Krista, and Roger, for their care as well as the staff at Regency Southern Care, especially Nurse Alayna.
