Christopher David Coil, age 21, of Covington, passed away March 4, 2018. Selfless and compassionate in nature, Chris' friends and family also knew him to have an infectious sense of humor. A fan of many genres of music, he especially loved rock music and often attended concerts to hear his favorite bands. Chris' other hobbies included trips to Six Flags, camping with family, playing Xbox, being on his phone, and spending time with his brothers and sister.
Survivors include his parents, Justin and Kelly Coil, Renee Taylor; maternal grandparents, Cathy Lancaster, Donald and Janice Abbott, Jim and Nancy Palmer; paternal grandparents, Deborah Coil, Mark Coil; sister, Alexis Coil; brothers, Trevor Coil, Ryan Coil, Timothy Barra; aunts, Jennifer Coil, Katy Harber and family, Kristie Abbott Escalona and family, Michelle Palmer and family; and his uncle, David Coil and family.
A Funeral Service for Christopher will be held Sunday, March 11, 2018, 3:00 PM, in the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Phil Budensiek and Pastor Curt Zehner officiating. Friends may visit with his family, at the funeral home, Saturday, March 10th, from 5:00 - 8:00 PM.
