Cozette Pace

Cozette Pace, of Covington, passed away peacefully at home Monday, August 8, 2022, at the age of 99. Mrs. Pace was a devout Christian and a member of Rutledge Baptist Church. She enjoyed water aerobics and quilting in her free time. In addition, Mrs. Pace was an avid Atlanta Braves fan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Pace; parents, George Washington and Susan Ella Reaves; 9 brothers and sisters; as well as 2 step-children.

Survivors include her daughter, Suzy Pace; son, Steve Pace (Kristyn); step-daughter, Rachel Robertson; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service for Mrs. Pace will be held Saturday, August 13, 2022, 12 Noon, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Rev. Steve Pace officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home one hour prior to her service, from 11:00 A.M. – 12 Noon.
