Cristina Ramirez

Cristina Ramirez, of Covington, passed away Sunday, March 2, 2025, at the age of 36. Cristina was an angel to everyone who knew her and left behind a legacy of love, kindness, and strength. She embodied sweetness and had an unwavering spirit, always putting others before herself. Cristina’s heart was as big as her smile, and she was known for her constant willingness to help those in need. Her greatest joy was spending time with her nieces and nephews, showering them with love and affection, and spoiling them with the care only she could give. Special occasions were always brightened by her thoughtful preparations and attention to detail. Above all, baby Eddie was her world—her pride and joy. Cristina’s light may have left this earth, but her love and spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.

Survivors include her, mom, Guadalupe Puga; dad, Juan Ramirez; Siblings, Juan P. Ramirez, Eddie Heriberto Ramirez, Ana Ramirez, Jonathan Ramirez, and Laila Ramirez.

A Funeral Service for Cristina will be held Saturday, March 8, 2025, 2:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Frank Kelton officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home Saturday, prior to her service, from 11:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.

Cristina Ramírez, de Covington, falleció el domingo 2 de Marzo de 2025, a la edad de 36 años. Cristina fue un ángel para todos con un corazón grande. Siempre poniendo a los demás antes que a su misma. El corazón de Cristina era tan grande como su sonrisa y era conocida por su constante disposición a ayudar a todos. Su mayor alegría era pasar tiempo con sus sobrinos y sobrinas, darles amor y afecto, y darle el cuidado que solo ella podía dar. Las ocasiones especiales siempre se alegraban con sus preparativos cuidadosos y su atención a los detalles. El bebé Eddie era su mundo, su orgullo y alegría. La luz de Cristina puede haber dejado esta tierra, pero su amor y su espíritu permanecerán por siempre en los corazones de quienes tuvieron la bendición de conocerla. 

Los sobrevivientes incluyen a ella, mamá, Guadalupe Puga; papá, Juan Ramírez; hermanos, Juan P. Ramírez, Eddie Heriberto Ramírez, Ana Ramírez, Jonathan Ramírez y Laila Ramírez.

Se llevará a cabo un funeral para Cristina el sábado 8 de marzo de 2025 a las 14:00 horas en la capilla de Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, en Covington. El pastor Frank Kelton oficiará el funeral y el entierro se realizará en Lawnwood Memorial Park. Se invita a los amigos a visitar a la familia en la funeraria el sábado, antes del servicio, de 11:00 a. m. a 2:00 p. m.
