Dan Partee

Dan Partee, passed away August 18, 2011, at his residence in Covington. He was 80 years old at the time of his death. Mr. Partee was of the Baptist faith and a U.S. Army veteran, having served during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Jewel (Pannell) Partee.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Jean Partee of Covington; sons and daughter-in-law, Warren and Kathy Partee of Florence, SC, Vic Partee of Covington; brother and sister-in-law, Dale and Amanda Partee of Marietta; grandchildren, Christy Krasinski, Heather George, Christopher Partee, Victoria Partee; great-grandchildren, Dawson George, Daisy George, Max Krasinski, Lilly Krasinski; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Mr. Partee will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, August 21, 2011, at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road with Rev. Nolan Jackson officiating, and interment following in Social Circle City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Saturday, August 20, from 5 - 8 P.M.
