Darran Chase

Darran Chase, of Dallas, GA, formerly of Conyers, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2019, at the age of 53. Darran was a 1983 graduate of Heritage High School and a longtime resident of Dallas, GA. He was a dedicated and loyal employee of Zep Chemical for over 30 years. Darran was an enthusiastic and passionate football fan, and his chosen teams were Georgia Tech and the Atlanta Falcons. As a season ticket holder for Georgia Tech, he shared his love of football and made lasting memories with sons, Conner and Carter, as they rooted and cheered for their home team year after year.

Darran will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Conner Chase, Carter Chase; parents, Tom and Ann Chase; sister and brother-in-law, Leeann and Jimmy Farmer; nephews, Danny Farmer, Michael Farmer and his wife, Emily; great-niece, Ashton Farmer; as well as former wives, Linda Snyder and Carla Chase.

A Funeral Service for Darran will be held Monday, July 22, 2019, 11:00 A.M., at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Gavin Moon and Pastor Morris Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in Green Meadow Memorial Gardens, 699 American Legion Road, in Conyers. Friends may visit with his family at the funeral home, Sunday, July 21, from 4:00 - 7:00 P.M.
