David Scott Fliss

David Scott Fliss of Social Circle, passed away August 18, 2016, at the age of 56. David was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He was a dedicated employee of Kroger, located on Highway 278, for 10 years, and enjoyed woodworking and collecting knives. David was a jovial man, with a good sense of humor, who will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents, Dave and Hattie (Wolfe) Flis.

Survivors include his sisters, Danett Flis, Denise Flis; brothers and sisters-in-law, Daniel and Allison Flis, Don and Michelle Flis; six nieces; two nephews; one great-niece and two great-nephews.

A Private Memorial Service, for David, will be held at a later date.
