Denise Roan

Access RoadDenise Roan of Alto, GA, formerly of Conyers, passed away April 17, 2012, at the age of 55. She enjoyed writing poetry and songs, crocheting, fishing, spending time with her animals, and being around people. Denise loved her family dearly, and will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Gladys (Dutton) Roan; her sisters, Marie Walker, Bobbie Lee Harcourt; and her brother, Ray (Peewee) Roan. Survivors include her sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Billy Waters of Covington; several nieces and nephews.Funeral Services for Denise will be held Friday, April 20, 2012, 11:00 AM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, April 19, from 6:00-8:00 PM.
