Dianne Saxon, of Mansfield, passed away Friday, June 9, 2023, at the age of 78. Mrs. Saxon liked making crafts, ceramics, and crocheting afghans. She enjoyed doing yard work and tending to her beautiful plants. Mrs. Saxon loved her family dearly and held a special place in her heart for her two birds, Big Bird and Sugar. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, George Douglas Saxon; daughter, Tracey Delk; granddaughter, Kayla Griffith; parents, Grady and Annie Bell Hightower; sister, Linda Hightower; and brothers, Ralph Hightower, Thomas Hightower.

Survivors include her daughter, Trena Stiles (Lee); grandchildren, Melissa Harrison, Michael Harrison, Kyle Stiles, Brandy Brooks; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Janice Qualls, Joyce Leach, Marlene Alford, Kathy Wallace; brother, Ronald Hightower; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service for Mrs. Saxon will be held Sunday, June 11, 2023, 2:30 P.M., at Sodom Cemetery, 9085 Hightower Trail, in Snellville, with Benjamin Reynolds officiating. Friends are invited to visit with the family at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, one hour prior to her service from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M.
