Edward D. Hulsey

Edward D. Hulsey, a Conyers resident for 46 years, passed away Friday, January 27, 2023, at the age of 70. Mr. Hulsey was employed with Tile House, Inc. for over 40 years. He enjoyed being outdoors, tending to his vegetable garden, and doing yardwork. Mr. Hulsey cherished spending time with his family and treasured the memories made with them. He was a loving husband, devoted father, and wonderful grandfather.  Mr. Hulsey was preceded in death by his parents, Glen and Annie Ruth Hulsey; and brother, Danny Hulsey.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sheila A. Hulsey; daughter, Julie Smith (Keith); son, Jeremy Hulsey; grandchildren, Emersen Hulsey, Abigail Hulsey, Andrew Smith, Anna Smith; sisters, Ann Sargent, Glenda Swann, Patsy Holt, Janette Jones (Norman), Carolyn Campbell; brother, Ricky Hulsey; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service for Mr. Hulsey will be held Tuesday, January 31, 2023, 2:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Kenny Dockins officiating, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home on Monday, January 30, from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M.
