Elizabeth Hunter, of Covington, passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021, at the age of 92. A member of Conyers First United Methodist Church, Mrs. Hunter was a devout Christian and spreader of good news. She was always well-dressed with impeccable taste and enjoyed keeping up with everyone. In addition, she loved her husband, Don, unconditionally. Mrs. Hunter was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Hunter; her parents, Arthur and Edith (Ellsworth) Clineburg; two sisters, Dora McBride, Pauline Mahoney.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sister, Darlene Herdlitchka; nieces, Diane Baucke, Judy Sutton; nephews, Brad McBride, Pat Mahoney, Gregg Herdlitchka; and an abundance of great-nieces and great-nephews.
A Cryptside Service for Mrs. Hunter will be held Thursday, April 22, 2021, 11:00 A.M., at Memory Chapel Mausoleum, in Lawnwood Memorial Park, 1111 Access Road, in Covington, with Rev. Dr. Dave Benson officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Conyers First United Methodist Church, 921 North Main Street NW, Conyers, GA 30012.
