Frank A. Waters

Frank A. Waters of Covington, passed away August 11, 2018, at the age of 85. Mr. Waters proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He loved spending time with his family, going out to eat and collecting business cards. Mr. Waters will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Alabascas Waters.

Survivors include his loving wife of 64 years, Jean A. Waters; daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Larry Duncan, Becky and Gary Storey; grandchildren, Mackenzie Owen, Corey Mobley, Michael Morales, Melissa Leos; great-grandchildren, Zachary Owen, Lindzie Owen, Brianna Leos; brother, Lloyd Waters; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service for Mr. Waters will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2018, 11:00 AM, at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Rev. Roger Waters officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park in Covington. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home, Monday, August 13, from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
