Fred Joseph Mcguire

Fred Joseph McGuire, of Covington, passed away June 28, 2015, at the age of 58. Fred enjoyed making his famous chili, old country music and playing softball. He always spoke his mind, never holding anything back. He loved his family and cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren. Fred was preceded in death by his parents, Claude Junior and Alma Dean (Fallin) McGuire; and brothers, Jack McGuire and Danny McGuire.

Survivors include his daughters and son-in-law, Lori McGuire, Rachel and Corry Hailey; son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Kim McGuire, all of Covington; grandchildren, Malachi McGuire, Cadence McGuire, Lilly Grace McGuire, Sharisma McGuire, Zion Blake, Chasity Hailey, Andrew Hailey, Jordan Hailey, Colby Hailey; brothers, Barry McGuire, Michael McGuire, Marvin McGuire, George McGuire, Clay McGuire; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service for Mr. McGuire will be held Thursday, July 2, 2015, 6:00 PM, at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, July 2, two hours prior to the service, from 4:00 - 6:00 PM.
