Gary Truitt, 75, of Monroe, GA, went to be with God September 14, 2022. A loving husband, father, grandfather and uncle. "Pop" to all, stranger to no-one. He voluntarily served in the USAF, played semi-pro baseball, was a policeman, and had a long career with Conrail and Norfolk Southern RR. He served God as a lay preacher and Sunday school teacher for 15 years. His priorities were God, his country and his family.
He will be missed by his wife, Becky Truitt; son, John and wife, Michelle Truitt; daughter, Amy and husband, Duane Neidigh; grandchildren, Luke and Alyssa Neidigh; brother, Jim and wife, Pat; and all that he has blessed with his presence. Now Dillon has his Pop. God rest.
