George Morrow, known affectionately as George to those who loved him, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on December 31, 2023, at his home in Conyers, Georgia. Born on May 26, 1959, in Panama City, Florida, George's zest for life and his warm, inviting nature enriched the lives of all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Morris and Reba Morrow, grandfather Joseph Morrow, Grandmother Ruby Morrow, and brother John Ward.

He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with his devoted wife of 30 years, Debra Morrow, and their children, Samantha and her husband Mike Newsom, Joseph, and his wife Hailey Morrow. His joy was multiplied through his grandchildren, Emily, Evan, Rosella, Luke, and Bridgette. George was a trusted brother and friend to Robert and Renae Morrow and his sister and laws - Ethel and ken Rukenbrod and Paulette Parry and Brothers in law - Eddie and Marty Densmore, Jeffery Densmore , James Densmore and Jerome Densmore and held a special place in the hearts of his numerous nieces and nephews.

George was a proud resident of Conyers for 24 years, having retired from a fulfilling career with Penske Logistics. His remarkable dedication as a truck driver was commemorated with a 2 million miles award, a testament to his hard work and commitment. A proud veteran, George's patriotism was evident in the love he had for his country.

An avid Georgia Bulldogs fan, George lived life to the fullest, enjoying every moment whether it be fishing, camping, or spending time in the mountains. His love for family was paramount, and he relished the times grilling out and being surrounded by his loved ones. George was also known for his passion for history, often found watching the History Channel, deepening his knowledge.

Described as kind, friendly, and thoughtful, George's ability to light up a room with his presence will be greatly missed. His example of kindness and generosity set a standard for all who knew him, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of many. George Morrow's memory will continue to inspire and guide us, firmly rooted in the love he shared and the life he lived.

A Memorial Service for Mr. Morrow will be held Saturday, January 6, 2024, 12:00 P.M., at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Danny Henderson officiating. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the Funeral Home, one hour prior to his service, from 11:00 A.M.  - 12:00 P.M.
