Gertrude (Pat) Ricci, 93, of Conyers, Georgia, passed away September 9, 2013. Mrs. Ricci was an animal lover, had a witty and humorous personality, and others always enjoyed being around her. While living in New York, she was a Buffalo Bill's fan, but after moving to Georgia she cheered for the Atlanta Falcons! Mrs. Ricci was preceded in death by her husband, Peter A. Ricci; and her half-brother, Herman Kohlar.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Maria and Rocky Dunlap, Susan and David Swafford, Alanna Kords; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Family Graveside Service for Mrs. Ricci will be held Friday, September 13, 2013, 10:30 AM, at Honey Creek Woodlands, in Conyers, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation, Attention: Karen Lindsey, 1687 Tullie Circle, Atlanta, GA 30329; or your local humane society.
