Survivors include his wife, Jessica Marie Toney; children, Austin David Toney, Savannah Jewel Toney, Riley Jo Hoek, Jessup Carter Toney; mother, Shirley Yvonne White of Conyers; father, Ralph David Toney of Oxford; sisters and brothers, Carrie Cox of Conyers, Shane Cox of Rutledge, Racquel Kitchens of Oxford, Cassandra Jett of Conyers; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Services for Matt will be held Wednesday, July 30, 2014, 4:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Bishop Glenn Purvis, Rev. Ed Walden and Pastor Jerry Patterson officiating. Interment will follow in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, prior to the service, from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
