Janet Vila Campbell

Janet Vila Campbell of Covington, passed away August 1, 2011 at Rockdale Medical Center. She was 70 years old at the time of her death. Ms. Campbell enjoyed cooking, baking, knitting, crocheting, and reading. She loved taking care of her children and will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many. Ms. Campbell was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Frances (Smith) Draper.
Ms. Campbell is survived by her daughter, Belva Lopez of Gonzales, LA; sons and daughters-in-law, Keith and Gara Campbell of Covington, Lowell and Dinah Campbell of Merrill, WI; 9 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; sisters, Judy, Hazel and Belva; brother, Eddie Draper; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A private memorial service for Ms. Campbell will be held at Riverside Health Care Center at a later date.
