Janet Leigh Cranford

Janet Leigh Cranford of Covington passed away Sunday, April 14, 2019, at the age of 48. The beauty of Janet Leigh was her ability to make everything about family, and she worked hard to make her home a place that created wonderful memories; she loved to bake and cook for others. Janet Leigh's other passion was music - especially country and the 80's, and she enjoyed attending concerts and watching music competitions on TV. She was preceded in death by her father, Omer Lee Prickett.

Janet Leigh will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 26 years, Marcus Cranford; sons, Christopher Sterlin Cranford, Chad Ryan Cranford; mother, Sammie Darline Berg; sisters, Julie Michelle Prickett, Tammy Hammock, Terri Hood; brothers, Dennis Prickett, Barry Prickett; sisters-in-law, Suzanne Kelly, Lynn Purcell; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service for Janet Leigh will be held Saturday, April 20, 2019, 2:00 P.M. at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Blake Foster officiating. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home, one hour prior to her service from 1:00 - 2:00 P.M.
