Our mom was a woman of faith. Where she found comfort and strength. She had a heart of gold and was always willing to lend a helpful hand to those in need. Her selflessness and generosity touched the lives of many. In her free time she enjoyed making and doing crafts. She had a zest for life, loved to travel and loved walking as well. Her legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts of those she touched. We take comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with her loved ones that have gone before her and she is at peace in the arms of angels. We will forever cherish the memories and the love she shared with us all. May she rest in eternal peace. We know you are at peace mom. We love and miss you always.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Payne will be held Saturday, March 16, 2024, 11:00 A.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell and Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington with interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park, 1111 Access Road, in Covington. Friends may visit with the family Friday, March 15, from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M., at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road.
