Janice Carlile, of Covington, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at the age of 60. Janice had a powerful connection to family and her unconditional devotion to those in her close-knit circle spoke to that bond. She drew from her strengths to provide well and care for her loved ones; she was nurturing, sensitive to the needs of others and had a tireless work ethic. Janice was also known for her inclination to stand firm in her convictions – freely speaking on her beliefs and what she felt was right. Her time to relax was spent gardening and tending to her flowers - roses and sunflowers ranked as her favorite varieties. Janice was preceded in death by her parents, James Corrie and Bessie Mae (Crowe) Womack; and brothers, Randy Womack, Charles Womack.
The presence of Janice and the love she gave will be profoundly missed in the lives of her daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Tim Faulkner; sons and daughters-in-law, David Carlile, Howard, Jr., and Kerrie Carlile, Tony and Tina Carlile, Shane and Sharon Carlile, Chris and Karen Carlile; ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; sister, Cathy Osborn; brother and sister-in-law, David and Alice Womack; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life for Janice will be held Saturday, October 24, 2020, 1:00 P.M., at Common Ground Church, 7165 Turner Lake Circle SW, in Covington, with Pastor Ron Compton officiating.
