Janice Chastain

Janice Chastain, of Conyers, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2021, at the age of 58. Mrs. Chastain liked cooking and baking. She enjoyed traveling, especially to the mountains and the beach. Mrs. Chastain loved dogs. She cherished quality time spent with her family and friends. Mrs. Chastain was a loving mother, wife, and she adored her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; Evelyn Pugh and Eugene Johnson.

Mrs. Chastain is survived by her husband, William “Mike” Chastain; sons, Adam Chastain, Jeremy Chastain; grandson, Kian Chastain; sisters, Patsy Pittman, Linda Henderson (Benny); brothers, Michael Johnson (Kathleen), James Johnson (Dina Zundel); and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Chastain will be held Sunday, October 17, 2021, 2:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends are invited to visit with the family two hours prior to her service from 12:00 noon - 2:00 P.M.
