Janice Vernon

Access RoadJanice Vernon of Covington, passed away December 4, 2012, at the age of 64. Janice was a loving mother and grandmother, loved animals, and enjoyed traveling to the beach. She will be missed by her family and friends. Janice was preceded in death by her father, Charlie Russell Vernon; and her mother, Bernice Irene Jenkins. Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Kristi and Dwayne Zackery of Covington, Jennifer Dick of Conyers; sons and daughter-in-law, Richard and Cathy Caton, Charlie Dick, all of Covington; beloved cat, Bucky; grandchildren, Sydni Zackery, Grayson Graham; brother and sister-in-law, Lamar and Pat Vernon of Palm Harbor, FL; several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Funeral Services for Janice will be held Friday, December 7, 2012, 11:00 AM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor J. Deland Shorter officiating, and interment following in Covington Mill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, December 6, from 5:00-8:00 PM.
