Jean Miller

Access RoadJean Miller of Covington, passed away April 3, 2013, at the age of 83. She was an avid Atlanta Braves fan, and enjoyed watching them play. Mrs. Miller loved spending time with her granddaughter and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Miller; father, Walter Bell; mother, Cordie (Smith) Bell; step-father, Rhodie Bailey; sisters, Emma Hawse, Erma Broughman, Beulah Martin; and her brothers, Averille Bell, Alvie Bell, Roy Bell, and Berlin Bell. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Jack Fullerton; granddaughter, Tara Pendleton, and her husband, David; great-grandchildren, Elle Farmer, Olivia Farmer, Remi Farmer, Taitley Pendleton, Rhett Pendleton, Devin Pendleton, Brooklyn Pendleton, Luke Pendleton; brothers, Denny Bell, Dalma Bailey; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Memorial Service for Mrs. Miller will be held Sunday, April 7, 2013, 3:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Dr. Robert Faulkner officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday, one hour prior to the service, from 2:00-3:00 PM. Interment will be held in Covington, Virginia, at a later date.
