Jean Stapp Renfroe

Jean Stapp Renfroe of Comer, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at the age of 67. Having come from a big family, Mrs. Renfroe had a genuine love of people and a special place in her heart for children. In her spare time, she enjoyed cross-stitching, reading and her favorite treat, pedicures. Mrs. Renfroe was preceded in death by her parents, John and Helen Stapp; sister, Diane Aldred; brother, John Perry Stapp.

Survivors include her loving husband of 49 years, Cecil Renfroe; daughter and son-in-law, April and Jeffrey Terrell; sons and daughter-in-law, Jason Neal and Tonya Renfroe, Levey Green; 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Judy Peppers, Deborah Taylor, Jane Akins; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Renfroe will be held Saturday, July 6, 2019, 11:00 A.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Rev. Buster Stapp officiating and interment following in Stapp Family Cemetery, 2845 Old Mill Road, Rutledge. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home, Friday, July 5, from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M.
