Access RoadJerry Kee of Covington, passed away July 11, 2011, at the age of 63. Jerry enjoyed bowling, fishing, eating at the Waffle House, and riding his motorcycle in the mountains. He loved his family dearly, and especially enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Doris (Lester) Key.Survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law, Amelia and Mark Ralston of Social Circle, Becky Kee of Conyers, Jennifer and Steve Smith of Fayetteville, Lori and Jason Wolf of Covington; grandchildren, Ashley and Megan Ralston, Aaron and Logan Smith, Samantha, David and Mallorie; ex-wife, Nita Kee of Conyers; significant other, Beverley Lunsford of Covington; sisters, Mazura Champion of Rome, Dorothy Poss of Covington; several nieces and nephews.Funeral Services for Jerry will be held Wednesday, July 13, 2011, 11:00 AM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, with Rev. Richard Culpepper officiating, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, July 12, from 6-8 PM.
