Jerry H. Kirk, age 63, of Covington, passed away November 8, 2017. Jerry was born in Conyers and raised in the Milstead community. Jerry was a man of faith and dedicated his life to the Yahwah radio and television ministry for 28 years. He was a devoted husband, loving father, humble friend, and fun-loving Savah to his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and adored him. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Nancy (Kiser) Kirk.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 39 years, Kathleen (Schuh) Kirk; daughter and son-in-law, Robin and Jimmy Preston; sons and daughters-in-law, Joel and Megan Kirk, Josh and Bonnie Kirk; grandchildren, Summer, Jimmy, Jr., Landon, Luke, Savannah, Eden, Leah and Addie.
A Graveside Service for Jerry will be held Saturday, November 11, 2017, 11 AM, at the Bowen Family Cemetery, 7969 Highway 142, in Shady Dale, with Joshua Kirk and Arnold Bowen officiating.
