John Bender

Access RoadJohn Bender of Covington, passed away March 4, 2012, at the age of 65. He enjoyed watching the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Braves. Mr. Bender loved spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, John Bender, Sr.; and his brother, Terry Bender.Survivors include his wife, Kim Bender of Covington; daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Scott Krauth of Norcross; son and daughter-in-law, Brett and Erika Bender of Atlanta; mother, Dorothy Bender; brothers and sisters-in-law, Don and Stephanie Bender, Ronnie and Chris Bender, all of Covington; grandchildren, Bella Krauth, Anders Krauth, Tatum Krauth.A Memorial Service for Mr. Bender will be held Wednesday, March 7, 2012, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, from 12:00-2:00 PM.
