John Restivo

John Restivo of Covington, passed away Thursday, March 30, 2017, at the age of 57. Owner of the Pony Express Towing and Repairs for 25 years, John loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his friends. Whether fishing or boating on the lake, riding motorcycles, or eating at the Waffle House, John lived his life to the fullest. He was also known for playing tricks on family and friends. John was preceded in death by his mother, Joann Restivo.

Survivors include his wife, Joann E. Restivo; daughter and son-in-law; Linda and Chad Myers of Littlestown, PA; son, John Garrick Restivo; grandchildren, Alexandra Myers, Benjamin Myers; father, Marion Restivo; brother and sister-in-law, Marion and Holly Restivo, all of Covington; niece, Amanda Reyes and her husband, Joel, of Covington; nephew, Tony Restivo and his wife, Traci, of Rota, Spain; cousins, Buddy Bellew, Sharon McCormick, Cherry Long, Peggy Martin, Bonnie Williams, Lucy Barnwell, and Toni Reese.

A Funeral Service will be held Monday, April 3, 2017, 4:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 3134 Floyd Street, in Covington, with Pastor Rick Jackson officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park, Covington. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, April 3, 2017, from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
