Juanita Beth Mason

Juanita Beth Mason, of Jackson, passed away June 23, 2024, at the age of 53.  Beth brought sunshine into every room she entered, her vibrant spirit and warm smile making everyone feel like family. Her favorite color was yellow, a reflection of her sunny disposition and bright outlook on life. Beth cherished her beloved dog Rudie, who was a constant source of joy and companionship. She had a passion for music and enjoyed attending concerts with her daughter, creating lasting memories together. A loyal bulldog fan, Beth cheered passionately for her team through every season. Her heart overflowed with love for her great-nieces and nephews, treating them as her own grandchildren. To all who knew her, Beth was more than a friend – she was everyone's Aunt B. Her nurturing nature extended beyond her own children; she embraced all with a motherly love. She was preceded in death by her father, Pat Lazenby; niece, Alexandria Davenport; and mother-in-law, Vickie Mason.

Survivors include her daughters, Megan Mason, Victoria Mason, Sara Mason; mother, Peggy Lazenby; sister, Cindy Davenport (Tim); sister-in-law, Jill Jones; nieces and nephews, Olivia Schroeder (Zach), Marlie Stone, Mason Stone; great-nieces and great-nephews, Tucker, Ruthie, Finn, Turner; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Mason will be held Friday, June 28, 2024, 11:00 A.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Todd Sweat officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home, Thursday, June 27, from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.
