Judith M. Harper, age 84, of Conyers, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2020. Mrs. Harper's life was steeped in simplicity, and spending time with her loved ones was at the heart of it all. Yearly trips to the beach and gatherings at her place on Lake Sinclair made for countless memories - days filled with laughter, relaxation, and family bonding. Mrs. Harper was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Luther Harper; parents, Howard and Elizabeth (Bailey) McDonald; and her beloved fur baby, Abby.
The memory of Mrs. Harper will remain close to all who knew and loved her, especially her daughters and son-in-law, Nancy Ziegler, Lisa and Bart Rouse; sons and daughter-in-law, Steve and Alexia Harper, Brian Harper; grandchildren, Chris Treadwell, Ryan Harper, Camille Harper
Amanda Blackwell, Lucas Harper, Andrew Ziegler, Ava Ziegler, Ethan Harper, Finn Harper; sister and brother-in-law, Penny and R.J. Massengill; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Private Graveside Service for Mrs. Harper will be held Saturday, April 11, 2020, 11:00 A.M., at Lawnwood Memorial Park, 1111 Access Road, in Covington, with Donnie Edwards officiating.
Due to the current COVID-19, and coronavirus pandemic recommendations, the family regrets that the services must be private.
