Kathy Cagle, age 68, of Covington, passed away Friday, January 17, 2020. Mrs. Cagle was regarded by her husband, Charles, as being the love of his life. A union that was blessed with 49 years together, they happily carved out a life of contentment and simplicity. An integral part of Mrs. Cagle's world was centered around family, and gatherings with loved ones, especially around the holidays, was the thing she loved most. Mrs. Cagle had an appreciation for traveling, and Pigeon Forge, TN, was her favorite spot, where hitting up Huck Finn's Catfish was a given. She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Cagle; father, Norman Lee Bennett; and brother, Tony Bennett.
Many will miss Mrs. Cagle's presence and her capacity to love - undoubtedly, none more than her husband, Charles Cagle; daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Mike Hammonds; grandchildren, Skyler Harper, Madison Harper; mother, Frances Lee Bennett; and brother and sister-in-law, Randy and Brenda Bennett, all of Covington.
A Graveside Service for Mrs. Cagle will be held Sunday, January 19, 2020, 3:00 P.M., in Lawnwood Memorial Park, 1111 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Justin Adams officiating.
