Kenneth Wayne Hessick

Kenneth Wayne Hessick, of Social Circle, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022, at the age of 59. Mr. Hessick graduated from Clyde High School, class of 1981, and was very close with them. He was a dedicated fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns, and Cleveland Indians. Mr. Hessick was loved by everyone. He cherished his family dearly. Mr. Hessick was preceded in death by his daughter, Danielle Hessick; mother and stepfather, Wilma Jean and Merrell (Twink) Ginnever; father and stepmother, Robert Arthur and Eileene Hessick; brother, Ronald Hessick; and nephew, Sy Lucio.

He is survived by his wife, Joanne Hessick, of Social Circle; daughters, Kendra Jo Hessick, of Newport News, Virginia, Sherie Cook (Jonathan), of Pensacola, Florida; sons, Taylor Hessick, of Social Circle, Wayne Hessick, of Newport News, Virginia; 5 grandchildren; sisters, Sally Neff (Terry), of Clyde, Ohio, Shelly Martinez, of Green Springs, Ohio, Robin Good (Tony), of Bellevue, Ohio; brothers, Mike Hessick (Deb), of Fremont, Ohio, David Hussell (Kathy), of Columbus, Ohio, Terry Hessick (Kay), of Bulls Gap, Tennessee, Tom Hessick, of Fremont, Ohio; numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

A Memorial Service for Mr. Hessick will be held Saturday, January 22, 2022, 1:00 P.M., at 5 O’clock Sports Bar & Grill, 7189 Turner Lake Road NW, in Covington. Additionally, a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022, in Ohio, with the venue to be determined.
