Kitty Darline Banks

Kitty Darline Banks, of Winder, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at the age of 68. Mrs. Banks was a kind-hearted soul who had a lot of friends. She was always smiling, funny, and had a positive outlook on life. Mrs. Banks enjoyed dancing, Classic Rock music, going to the beach, flowers, and car rides. In addition, she liked to watch Georgia football, NASCAR, wrestling, and old TV shows such as I Love Lucy and The Three Stooges. She had a special love for nature and animals, especially dogs. Mrs. Banks was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd Banks; daughter, Kelly Banks; parents, Bob and Nellie Durden.

Survivors include her son, Jody Banks; grandson, Jason Banks; sisters, Cindy Jones (Al), Deborah Johnson; brother, Teddy Durden (Rhonda); as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Banks will be held Saturday, October 22, 2:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, and interment following in Corinth Memorial Gardens, in Loganville. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home, one hour prior to her service, from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M.
