Lynn Ellington

Lynn Ellington of Conyers, passed away December 29, 2013, at the age of 60. Lynn enjoyed life, brought joy to those who knew her, and loved everyone who crossed her path. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Uvah (Hood) Ellington.

Survivors include her sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl E. and Tom Jones of Crossville, TN; nephew, Justin T. Jones of Jupiter, FL; special cousin, Gwen D. Ellington of Conyers; several cousins, aunts and uncles; and very special friend, Diane Clark of Covington.

Funeral Services for Lynn will be held Tuesday, December 31, 2013, 11:00 AM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Rev. Ronny Brannen officiating, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, one hour prior to her service, from 10:00 - 11:00 AM. Flowers are accepted, or donations may be made to Ellington-Hood Scholarship Fund, c/o Gum Creek Presbyterian Church, 2700 Gum Creek Road, Oxford, GA 30054.
